Exclusive Services
Here you can see the types of services we do and how we do them, step by step. From installing and finishing new hardwood floors, laminate, LVPs (Luxury Vinyl Plank), or sanding and refinishing your old floors. Whatever the job, you can leave it to us!
The Begining
We arrive at the job tools out and ready. We start prepping the bundles of wood. In this job the home owner selected Red Oak.
Planning
Before install we lay out the boards to ensure butt ends are not close together and no H patterns are formed when not instructed to do so.
Installed and 3 rounds of sanding
The installers start stapling the hardwood and finish the install portion. After we putty any gaps, knots and nail holes. Then a 60grit sand, followed by an 80grit, then finally the 100grit sand.
Staining
We vacuum everything thoroughly and then prep the stain. The home owner selected Special Walnut. We will acquire and sample any stain of your choosing.
Sealer and Finish
After letting the stain dry and set we go over it with the sealer. Once that dries we then buff out any abnormalities, give it 2 coats of finish, and now you can enjoy your brand new floors.
Old floors
This home owner wanted their floors refinished. Had some bad rot and pet stains.
Sand away old finish, putty, and refinish
We sand down the old finish with our 3 rounds of sanding.
Rotting planks

The old pieces are removed and replaced with matching boards.

After the old boards are replaced the floor is rid of any damage that could spred.
